Move strengthens investment in North America and provides year-round 24x7 support for worldwide customers
Displaydata, the world’s number one supplier of three-color, fully graphic Electronic Shelf Labels (ESLs), today announces the opening of its new U.S. support center in Atlanta. The facility enhances the company’s support coverage and provides 24x7x365 service to customers across the world.
Retailers use Displaydata’s ESLs to control and drive in-store pricing and promotions with speed, agility, and consistency. The new support center further cements Displaydata’s position as the world’s number one supplier of three-color, fully graphic ESLs and the ESL vendor with the largest presence in North America.
Atlanta was chosen by Displaydata for its U.S. support base, because the city is home to a vibrant economy and a fast-growing tech hub. It also has the third highest concentration of Fortune 500 companies in the country and the infrastructure is unsurpassed. There is also a rich source of highly skilled, local talent from Georgia Tech, one of the world’s best universities, to support the company’s growth.
From its base at the iconic Bank of America Plaza, the Atlanta team will both support U.S. clients and coordinate the services provided by Displaydata’s global support sites. “Bank of America Plaza is thrilled Displaydata is expanding into the U.S. and chose us as the facility that best fits what they were looking for,” says Jeff Keppen, Senior Vice President, CBRE. “With continued upgrades in 2017 to support growing tech companies, we look forward to being the premier office building committed to the growth in Atlanta’s tech hub.”
“Our new Atlanta support center will provide and coordinate round-the-clock service for our worldwide customers,” says Andrew Dark, CEO, Displaydata. “Our investment is a direct result of the demand for our ESLs, which are being adopted by major retailers across the U.S. With multiple coast-to-coast customer deployments scheduled over the coming months, we’re strengthening our commitment to North America and tier one retailers worldwide.”
